甜藝師選用由火山岩土壤培育的澳洲柑橘,將其放置於罐身呈現阿爾皮耶山脈上升起的月亮意境。 日本鮮奶油邂逅法國的奶油乳酪軟芝士製成的半熟芝士蛋糕,與下層柔軟的蜂蜜蛋糕搭配,形成兩種不同的層次口感,一口咬下宛如雪般融化開來的美味。
柑橘的果甜為芝士蛋糕帶來清新的感覺,拌入自家焗製的牛油脆餅碎有如置身於法國阿爾皮耶山脈下的麥田中欣賞正升起的橘月。蛋糕口味設計參考了著名小樽洋菓子LeTAO的經典甜點「雪上がり」。

Mid-Autumn Limited Can Cake, inspired by Van Gogh's "Landscape with Wheat Sheaves and Rising Moon" created in Saint-Rémy, France in 1889.
Our chef selected Australian citrus fruits cultivated in volcanic soil and placed them on the can to present the imagery of the rising moon over the Alpilles Mountains. The cake consists of a semi-baked cheesecake made from a combination of Japanese fresh cream and French cream cheese, creating a delightful sensation as it melts in your mouth like snow. It is paired with a soft honey cake on the bottom layer, offering two distinct layers of texture.
The citrus fruit adds a refreshing touch to the cheesecake, while the homemade butter cookie crumbs mixed in resemble standing in a wheat field beneath the rising orange moon in the Alpilles Mountains of France. The cake flavor design takes inspiration from the renowned Otaru confectionery LeTAO's classic "Yuki-agari" (Snowfall).
