以梵高綠色柏樹為創作靈感，抹茶汽水罐蛋糕以日本進口抹茶粉為原材料制作，蛋糕以京都抹茶浸漬，頂部配上煎茶果凍，內藏日式白玉牛乳布丁，茶味香濃醇滑。

柏樹是梵高畫作中經常出現的植物，他覺得柏樹就像埃及的金字塔一樣，映照出大自然的生命力與力量。

綠色柏樹現時藏於美國大都會藝術博物館。

Inspired by Van Gogh's "The Cypress", this soft matcha can cake is made with imported matcha from Japan.  The Sponge cake soaked in Kyoto matcha, topped with hojicha jelly and Japanese milk pudding that adds a rich and creamy texture to the matcha flavor.

Cypresses are a frequent subject in Van Gogh's paintings, and he saw them as a reflection of the vitality and power of nature, much like the pyramids of Egypt.

"The Cypress" is currently housed in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in the United States.
